I created Coffee & Confidence because I believe that our hardest chapters don’t have to become the end of our story.
This is a space where women who are ready to grow, heal, rebuild their confidence, and discover the strength that has been inside them all along.
My own journey has taught me that growth doesn’t happen overnight. Sometimes it happens one small decision at a time. Sometimes it looks like starting over. Sometimes it means letting go of who you thought you had to be and giving yourself permission to become someone new. And sometimes it means getting through today and trying again tomorrow.
As I continue on my journey and study General Psychology, I’ve become even more passionate about understanding people, supporting others, and creating a space where women can feel seen, heard, and encouraged.
So, grab your favorite cup of coffee and stay awhile. Read a story, listen to an audio podcast. Take something that speaks to you. Leave behind something that no longer serves you. And most importantly remember that your past may be part of your story, but it does not have to define your future.
